Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service lay out the rules for using the Victory Car Locksmith website and for the mobile auto locksmith services we provide. By visiting this site or requesting our work, you agree to the terms described below.

1. About us

Victory Car Locksmith is a mobile auto locksmith serving Los Angeles, CA and the neighboring communities. What we do includes car key replacement, key fob and transponder programming, assistance with vehicle lockouts, ignition repair and replacement, and car lock rekeying. Anywhere these terms use "we," "us," or "our," they mean Victory Car Locksmith.

2. Booking service and confirming authorization

When you contact us for help, you authorize us to dispatch a locksmith to the location you provide. Because our work involves gaining entry to vehicles, we may ask you to demonstrate that you own the vehicle or are otherwise entitled to access it, which can include government-issued ID together with proof of ownership or registration. Where we cannot reasonably verify ownership or authorization, we may decline the job.

3. Quotes and pricing

We aim to quote a price for your specific job before any work begins. Those quotes are based on the details you give us, including your vehicle's make, model, and year and the type of key or lock involved. If what we find on arrival differs in a significant way from what was described, the price may change, and we will let you know of any difference before continuing. Any prices shown on this website are illustrative only and can vary with the vehicle, the location, and the situation.

4. Service availability

We do everything we can to reach you fast, but our arrival time, whether service is available, and whether a given job can be completed all depend on factors such as your location, traffic, the vehicle type, parts availability, and our current workload. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, we make no promise of a specific response time.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and its location, to be present yourself or to authorize an adult to act on your behalf during service when needed, and to ensure the work area is reasonably safe and accessible. Removing or securing any valuables before we start is your responsibility.

6. The scope and limits of our work

We perform every job with reasonable skill and care. Even so, locks, keys, ignitions, and a vehicle's electronic systems vary widely, and pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or manufacturer restrictions can all affect what is actually achievable. We are not responsible for damage that was already present, for faults unrelated to our work, or for issues arising from a vehicle's age or general condition.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, the maximum we can be held liable for on any claim connected to our services or to your use of this website is the amount you paid for the specific service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes any liability that the law says cannot be excluded.

8. Use of this website

This site is here to provide general information about our services. Its content may change at any time without notice, and we don't guarantee that all of it is always complete or fully current. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The text, layout, and design are the property of Victory Car Locksmith and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

9. Third-party links and tools

Some pages on our site include embedded maps or links to websites and services operated by other companies. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date near the top indicates when we last revised them. Continuing to use the website or our services after an update is posted means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that arises will be handled in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Contact us
